Azul Fertility Experts coordinates with certified international cryogenic medical shipping carriers to transport frozen oocytes, sperm, or embryos from your home lab to our facility. While our clinical team enforces strict laboratory receipt validations, liability for transport transit conditions remains under the respective certified carrier contracts. Once received, all samples are cataloged with automated electronic traceability tags.
For same-sex couples, single parents, or couples utilizing donor biological material, Azul Fertility Experts provides dedicated documentation coordinators who assist in compiling the clinical records necessary for birth certificate registration. While we coordinate documents in alignment with standard consulate guidelines (including US and Canadian requirements), final citizenship and parental rights adjudications depend on the respective country's consular regulations.
All program rates, coordinator fees, and laboratory parameters are detailed in the medical services agreement signed by the patient before initiating ovarian stimulation or cryo-shipping. No hidden administrative fees or surprise lab costs will be added during active cycles.
Fertility treatments carry inherent biological variances. Azul Fertility Experts guarantees international-standard cleanrooms, ASRM-certified embryologist controls, and cutting-edge clinical practices, but cannot guarantee a specific pregnancy outcome or live birth rate per individual cycle.
